I haven’t received tracking confirmation

We usually get your order shipped in 2-3 business days, but during periods of high demand, there may be slight delays.

Ensure that your order is not a pre-order item

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order gets shipped. 

I want to cancel my order

Customer support can cancel your orders before they get shipped.

In case the package is already shipped, you will have to return it before we can process a refund or exchange.

If you want to cancel your order, contact us and let us know that you would like to cancel, and don’t forget to mention your order number to speed up the process.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.

What are your cases made of?
  • Snap cases are made of hard plastic (polycarbonate).
  • Tough cases are dual-layer, made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and a hard plastic (polycarbonate) shell on the outside. These two parts are designed to be separate, but when fitted on the phone, they provide a tight grip.
  • Elite cases are made of Cutting-edge CloudGuard technology, a dot-pattern finish on the sides, and microfibre lining to prevent scratches from within.
